I offer packages that include 8 sessions, 12 sessions, or individual sessions.

1:1 Personal Coaching

We partner to create clear agreements, processes, plans, and goals. Your topics are explored through a process to evoke awareness and reflective inquiry with a development focus  We explore your beliefs and interpretations, create and set goals, and design action.

My approach is heart-centered and integrative, focuses on the present, develops attention and potential, and brings conscious choice to life situations.

Professional Coaching

I am your thinking partner and there is a synergy between us where insights emerge, curiosity is developed, direction is clear. We focus on you, your strengths, and points of leverage.  

We explore your constituents in the relationship field, who they are and ways to build trust so that they know that you trust them. We focus on the development of others, giving them opportunities to grow and serve.

Professional & Personal

Want a mixture of both? No problem. We can use our sessions to talk about personal and professional and set a plan of action for both.

  • Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is a partnership towards identifying, clarifying and achieving goals.

  • We begin with a 2-hour Discovery Session (pro bono) to get to know each other and to create an effective relationship. We discuss the coaching process and create a development plan.

    Sessions are one-hour and include unlimited communications between sessions (text, 15-minute calls, emails).

    There is a framework for each session. We explore a topic and its importance to you. We identify a baseline of where you are now and where you want to be at the end of the session. We dive deep and go below the water line, exploring limiting beliefs, mindsets, behaviors, actions, language, interpretations, and assumptions, for example. We use feelings as an indicator. We create awareness, co-create, and design action going forward, followed by accountability.

  • Measurement can be made in two distinct ways: external indicators of performance and internal indicators of success. Both are integrated and measured.

  • Counseling and therapy are about recovery; coaching is about discovery. Counseling often focuses on resolving difficulties arising from past events and traumas; coaching is future-focused and assumes you are whole, competent, capable and resourceful.

  • It depends on the individual’s needs. For certain types of focused coaching six to nine months may work. For other types, individuals may find longer periods work.

  • It varies widely based on the coach’s experience, credentials and areas of expertise.

    My fees are:

    8 sessions $1400.

    12 sessions $2000.

    Individual session $190.
